1. No Returns

Due to health and food safety regulations, we cannot accept the return of any prepared food items. Once food leaves our kitchen or has been served at your event, it cannot be taken back under any circumstance.

2. Order Accuracy

We kindly ask all clients to review their order details carefully before confirmation.
If there is any issue with your order (such as missing items or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it at +1 (647) 507-0957 so we can review and address the matter appropriately.

3. Cancellations

Catering orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event time.
Orders cancelled after this period may be charged partially or in full, as ingredients and preparation begin well in advance.

Our team may request photo evidence and will assess each case individually to ensure our high standards are maintained.
